By accessing and using the RIDEMINT website ("Platform") and our helmet sanitization services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

RIDEMINT provides a premium, technology-driven helmet sanitization service utilizing UV-C and Ozone technologies.

• You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring your helmet is clear of hazardous materials or excessive debris prior to processing.
• While our process is rigorously tested to be safe for all standard DOT/ECE approved helmet materials, RIDEMINT is not liable for pre-existing structural damage or degradation to your equipment.

All financial transactions on our Platform are processed via Razorpay, our secure third-party payment gateway.

• We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) by Razorpay.
• Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your transaction.
• By utilizing our payment checkout, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy algorithms as applicable to buyers.

Given the rapid, automated nature of the RIDEMINT physical service, cancellations must be initiated before the helmet is inserted and the cycle begins.

Refunds are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. Once approved, refunds are processed securely back to the original method of payment via Razorpay. It may take 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times.

In no event shall RIDEMINT, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services.
