Shipping Policy

01. Service Delivery (No Shipping)
Our core RIDEMINT offering—helmet sanitization—is an on-site, physical service accessed exclusively via our specialized kiosks. Therefore, no physical shipping of helmets back and forth is provided or required for the primary service context.
Upon successful payment via the Razorpay gateway, the service is immediately rendered at the kiosk location.
02. Ancillary Retail Products
For any branded accessories, cleaning kits, or structural hardware purchased separately through our digital storefront, we enforce strict, reliable shipping logistics.
- Processing Times: All hardware orders undergo fulfillment processing within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or observed national holidays will deploy on the next immediate business day.
- Domestic Carriage (India): We partner directly with premium delivery carriers to ensure secure transport. We currently offer standard surface transport (3-5 business days) and expedited air transport (1-2 business days for Metro corridors).
- International Carriage: At this stage, physical merchandise shipping is strictly restricted to domestic borders within the jurisdiction of India.
03. Tracking & Discrepancies
Upon dispatch of retail components, a confirmation email containing the airway bill (AWB) tracing number will be automatically sent to the email address inputted during checkout.
While we insure all outbound packages against loss during transit, RIDEMINT claims no liability for packages marked as "Delivered" to the designated address by the logistics partner that subsequently fall victim to local theft. Should substantial delays occur, our support division will coordinate with the logistics provider on your behalf.
