Cancellation Policy

01. Service Cancellations
The RIDEMINT sanitization process is an on-demand, automated physical service. Due to this operational structure, our cancellation policy operates under distinct time parameters.
- Pre-Cycle Cancellation: If you have completed payment via the Razorpay gateway but the machine cycle has not yet been initiated (e.g., helmet not inserted or start button not engaged), you may cancel the transaction by immediately contacting customer support through the kiosk interface or our platform. We will void the transaction and process a full refund.
- Mid-Cycle Cancellation: Once the chamber is locked and the UV-C/Ozone cycle has commenced, the service cannot be physically or computationally cancelled for safety and exposure reasons. The machine must complete the sterilization and ozone neutralization phases before unlocking. At this stage, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
02. Hardware & Retail Orders
For any retail hardware or supplementary products ordered through our digital platform:
- Orders can be cancelled without penalty at any point before they are dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Once a tracking number has been generated and the courier assumes possession, the order is locked. You must wait to receive the package and subsequently initiate a standard return under our Refund Policy.
